General Information

Principal's Interview Hours:

The Principal will be very glad to meet Parents/Guardians during her period of interview between 9.00a.m. and 10.00 a.m. or at any other time by appointment. Parents are requested to note that the Principal cannot see any one on school business on Sundays and other holidays. Parents are particularly requested to keep within the above timings for interviews.

The school office telephone numbers are +91.135.2773381 and +91.135.2773383. Parents and guardians are requested to phone during interview hours only i.e. 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. The Principal will be engaged in the school at other times and may not be available in the office.

Misc.:

Tuition fees will be charged as usual for twelve months of the academic year i.e. from April to March each year. All complaints must be made in writing to the Principal. When a child is kept at home, even for a day, the reason for his/her absence must be given in writing to the Principal along with a medical certificate, if that is the case. If no notice in writing is received, it will be assumed that the child has been withdrawn, without notice, and his/her name shall be struck of the school rolls, in which case one month's fees will be charged in lieu of notice in thee case of day scholars and the Term's fees in the case of boarders.

All admission forms must have three copies of passport size photograph of the child. Parents and Guardians desirous of meeting a teacher with regard to the progress of their child, are permitted to do so after fixing an appointment with the permission of the Principal.

A boarders pupil not coming upto the academic or conduct standards is "GATED", which means that he/she cannot leave the premises of the school-cum-hostel for outings. He/she is given extra study time to catch up with the work, or learn to be co-operative with the discipline of the school/hostel. Parents are requested NOT to take such a child out and co-operate with the school.

Important Info The school session is from April to March, the year being divided into two Terms:

1) April to September, and
2) October to March

Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child/children to join the school at the end of vacations on the dates notified by the school.
All school dues must be paid on time.
Dues of boarders are paid at the beginning of each Term and fees of day scholars before 10th of each month.
Parents/Guardians can visit their child/children on Sundays and other holidays between 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on prior intimation to the school. Students are not permitted to bring with them to the school any valuable articles such as gold chains, watches, rings, radios, or extra spending money.
Necessary notices/instructions regarding the departure of the students for the vacations will be issued to the Parents in due time by the school.

All boarders have to write a letter home twice a month, the postage being charged in the bills.

Change of Address

Parents/Guardians are requested to notify the school of any change in their address or telephone numbers.
Passport & Residential Permits for overseas students Parents of foreign and Overseas students are requested to ensure that their child/children, when they come for admission, are in possession of valid Passports and residential permits from the local registration office. Parents will further ensure that these documents are renewed will in time. School will NOT undertake the responsibility of procuring these documents.
For any dispute or claim of whatsoever nature against the school society, any of its employees of office bearers, the Dehra Dun courts alone will have jurisdictions.
